Our next talk is on Tuesday 27th May
at 7.30 pm, at Les Cotils
The next talk in this popular FOPL series of talks will be by Keith Pike. Keith has made a study of policing and crime in St Peter Port before the salaried police force started.
His talk will be on policing between 1853 and 1920 and will be giving the history of these assistant constables, their powers and responsibilities.
He may also talk about some of the cimes in that period
